The cremains memorial heart is a touching design that’s hand-shaped into a solid 3-D heart sculpture with two layers of colored glass inside that glows beautifully when set on a lighted stand. A small amount of your loved one’s cremation ashes are hidden in the “heart” of the memorial.

All our glass memorials are hand-crafted, using top quality crystal glass. The small amount of cremains incorporated into the heart allows you to scatter, bury, or store the remaining cremains in traditional memorial urns and keepsake urns.

Once ordered, you will receive a Memory Kit containing:

• 1 small and one medium-sized Ziploc bag for “double-bagging” the cremains
• 1 sterile 1/4 tsp. scoop for handling cremains
• Authorization Form
• Padded envelope
• Simple-to-follow instructions for bagging and sending the ashes via United States Postal Service (postage isn’t included)

Once your package is received, it is handcrafted separate from other orders to ensure that no cremains are ever crossed contaminated. Barcoded records accompany each order every step of the way. Within 6-8 weeks from receipt of the ashes, your Memory Glass™ keepsake will be shipped via FedEx Express 2-Day delivery for free. Any unused cremains will be returned to you along with your order, in its original Ziploc bag. Choose a color for the outside, then choose a color for the inside from the drop-down options below.
